TCF Select II Results from the August 28th event where top amateur and pro fighters battled it out, some for pride, some for TCF gold, but every fighter gave it their all. Results as follows:
Battle at the Border 6 at Dakota Magic Casino pitted strikers, grapplers and submission artists with an All Pro event that brought some of the slickest submissions to date, along with several full fight wars that pleased the crowd to no end!

On Saturday night July 31st the town of Danville, IL was taken over by the Courage Fighting Championships. The CFC’s “Doin’ It In Danville” blew the roof off of the Vermillion Count Fairgrounds, and the close to 1000 fans in attendance, showcasing 18 fights with two co-main event title fights.

First, Midwest Fighters Focus is honored and humbled to be the source of this release, as it has not been made public anywhere else. As most know, Tree passed on to another arena after his last bout in the cage. Many words could be said or spoken here, but they will not. I've heard so much crying about Brock Lesnar and "if it had been anyone else they would have stopped it" and etc., that it prompts me to do some writing about the subject. Lesnar is a wrestler. I don't believe his skills have been greatly improved beyond his base, but they have in fact improved (I admit as much, but really don't care for him).
With a 10-2 amateur record and a fledgling pro MMA career just getting ready to begin, Matthew Roewer could seem on the outside like so many other Mixed Martial Artists. Training out of Delarosa's Submission Wrestling in Rockford, Illinois, and Matt Hughes' HIT Squad, this hearing impaired fighter seems poised to make some noise.
