On April 28, Invicta Fighting Championships made MMA history by becoming North America's first all-pro women's MMA promotion. The event was held in Kansas City, Kansas at the historic Memorial Hall, and while on-site attendance was not stellar, the organization has since released the numbers for its free live streaming, boasting an impressive 250,000 viewers worldwide.

Friday April 13th, 2012 will go down as a date to remember for many local mixed martial arts fans. One of the Midwest’s largest promotions, Victory Fighting Championships returned to the Mid America Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa to celebrate its 10th Anniversary and brought a stacked card with it. The night’s card featured two VFC Championship bouts, the return of a Strikeforce veteran to Victory Steel and the retirement fight of one of the most popular local fighters.MFF Twitter
